Our Story

More than jobs —
a pathway forward.

DNA 1st Solution is a contract packing, third-party logistics and staffing business based in Onehunga, Auckland. We believe in empowering young people by providing them with real-world work opportunities.

Our mission has always been to create a sustainable pathway for unskilled youth — a stepping stone into employment and career development. Our approach goes beyond jobs: we provide a supportive work environment where young people gain experience, build confidence, and decide on their next steps in life.

Whether it's returning to school, pursuing higher education, or finding a long-term career, we guide them towards success. We also open doors for youth with diverse needs, young sole parents, and those in care protection — ensuring everyone gets a fair chance at employment.

Our Vision

A future where every young person in Auckland has access to work, regardless of background — breaking intergenerational cycles of poverty through employment.

Our Mission

Creating opportunities for long-term success through structured work environments, mentorship programmes and access to essential life skills.

Our Commitment

We actively partner with organisations, government agencies and businesses that share our vision of a stronger, more inclusive workforce.
